Innovation... business creativity... lateral thinking... the concept has many names and variations. We prefer a more common term that is as simple in its meaning as it is motivating in its potential. That word is "ideas." Everyone has ideas! And, get this, most people want to share them. The most successful innovative organizations today are the ones that removed the hurdles to the exchange of ideas so that every idea could be explored naturally.
